You know that a tv show rocked when I'm still hyped about it at 7am the next morning. 24 last night was the best god damn hour of television I have seen in a long, long time. It kicked so much ass I don't even know where to start.

Ok, that's a lie, I know where to start and it's The Kief. Dear Sweet Lord it's the Kief. Could he be any hotter? At all? Because I really don't think it's possible. Mind you, every time I think that, he does manage to somehow become hotter. He is a god. Getting slightly spoilery, but clearly you've all seen this so it doesn't matter. So here's what happened: The show started, and the Kief started sexing it up by wearing a suit and bringing a super hot new partner with him. Then he was all being super smart, and wearing a suit. Later, he exited the building, still in the suit but now he was tucking a gun into a holster. Clearly the writers know what they're doing. Then there was The Kief in a truck, with the suit and gun and hot new partner and doing the phone sex. Come on, you all know you heard it too. Then we got The Kief back at the CTU building where he was all yelling, and threatening and being hotter than ever. Then we had the Hottest Kief Moment Ever. Come on, admit it, Kief pulling out the drugs was super hot. Think about it, he starts rolling up his sleeves, then he ties the rubber band on his arm with. his. teeth. Then he pulls out the self control of steel, and trashes some stuff. Nice.

Now on to the Non-Kief parts of the show. Really, there were some. *nods*

Kim - You know I am always the first to hop on the KimHate train. However, I do have to give the girl props. I admired her whole "naHa! I will lock you out of your computer until you learn to respect me" bit. I work for my father as well, and while no one has ever come out and said to me "you got your job because of your dad" I know that more than one person as thought it. So yay for Kim for standing up for herself, nabbing a mega hot boy that she clearly doesn't deserve, and not getting attack by a mountain lion. Now cut your freaking hair.

Tony&Michelle - Awwww! I loved the "look at our rings, we're married!" shot. And the fact that they were super cute. And the fact that they didn't make out at work like some other TV Marrieds that we know. Will Tony take the job? Will Michelle cook? Stay tuned.

NuBabe (tm SullyMel) - You are hot. Please continue. And dump Kim. Thank you.

    Palmer - Yay! You're alive!

PalmerBro - Where's Faith? Couldn't you have brought her with you? And I think you're evil. And working with Sherry. Yay!

PalmerDoc - Wendy Crewson is Canadian, so that's cool and all. And I think I want her to be slightly evil too, although I doubt it will happen.

Bad Guy and Girlfriend with Conscience - Hmmm... guess who I see ratting out Bad Guy later in the day.

Kate - Na na na na, na na na na, hey hey hey, goodbye!

Bad Guy in Jail - If we give you Kim and a pen, what do you think you can do for us? And major props to you for killing your lawyer, with a pen, while in prison, surrounded by guards. Nicely done.

Annoying new tech people - You all kinda annoy me. Please stop. Except for Chloe, because she makes The Kief yell which is all kinds of good.

I think that might be it. Overall, in case you couldn't tell, I freaking loved this episode. It spells all kinds of good things for this year. Usually the first episode has to set everything up, and this one did it without being slow or having to dumb itself down to make sure that everyone understands it. It's nice to introduce that much new information at that speed. It was great. Wonderful. Well worth the wait.

Oh wait, I knew I had one complaint. So you guys all got a super long Ford commercial? Because up here right at 9 stupid Global ran a "This program brought to you exclusively by Ford" 10 second commercial. Then they ran the normal Kief v/o'd Ford commercial. Then they ran a million other commercials from a million other advertisers. I'm talking L'Oreal, WalMart, a bunch others. Um, I thought "exclusively by Ford" meant exclusively by Ford. Silly me. Wouldn't it have made more sense to run the other commercials first, and then do the Ford thing?

So I did end up getting the Stills album. At Sunrise. NAHAHA! Take that HMV! It was sure fun to tell them when they phoned "gee, sorry, I don't need that I already got it somewhere else." Yep, that's some Steph rebellion right there.

I also finally got Lost Sides. Ok, fine, yes I got it at HMV, but I NEEDED it. But that was it, no more HMV! They are evil. And not even evil in a cool Sark or Sloane way. That's no fun.

The OC is on tonight!!! Well, it's on tonight in Canada anyway.

And, as I'm sure you are all aware, tomorrow is Tuesday, October 28th. The day I have been waiting for. Yes kiddies, tomorrow The Kief will be back on our TV screens. *cries a silent tear of pure joy* There will be a much better update on Wednesday. I promise it will be full of a lot of Squeeeing, and some rampant lust. Good times.

I'm hating HMV more and more with each passing week. I put in an order last week to make sure that today I would get a) Doves - Lost Sides limited edition 2cd, b) Doves - Where We're Calling From DVD and c) The Stills - Logic Will Break Your Heart. All three were supposed to be released today. So I went in to ask for them, even though they hadn't called me to tell me they'd received it. Shockingly (yes, that's sarcasm) they didn't have any of them in. They did have copies of Lost Sides, but not the 2 disc version. The DVD has been pushed back AGAIN to the 4th. Dude, it was supposed to be out on September 29th. I hate EMI. And the Stills album? Yeah, they didn't get it in either. They're a Canadian band, there shouldn't be any problems importing that stuff. Bah. I'm all bitter. I need my music. It's my version of crack.

Look what SM found me because she is beautiful and wonderful:

October 28th can not come fast enough.

Eliza has added a new part to the Sarkgasm Round Robin. It is wonderful, and I hope this promts many other wonderful writers to keep adding to it.

Radiohead was soooo good last night! Well worth the wait. At the original venue we had craptastic lawn seats. Miles away from the stage, no actual seats, fairly crappy. When we changed in the seats for the new venue, we ended up with seats that were in the 200 level, but we were at the front of the balcony, slightly off centre stage. Great seats. Hell, amazing seats. And the concert was wonderful. Yay Radiohead!

Going to see Intolerable Cruelty tonight, so I can lust after George Clooney. Life is good.

Roomie and I have started to dress alike. It would be almost Single White Female like, except it was by pure accident. Roomie had the evil 6am shift today. I was in at 10. I came into work, and ran into Roomie. We are both wearing: Black shoes, Light coloured khaki's, dark jean shirt(her)/jacket(me). The only difference was that she was wearing a white shirt, where I had on a black shirt. Does that make me the evil roomie?

Listening to: Some man cry on Dr. Phil. My god I hate this show. Is my shift done yet?

I need the internet at home. This is just getting retarded. Roomie was supposed to grab the computer today. So if it's not there when I get home from work I might have to smack her. As it is, that's just the computer. We don't have internet access hooked up yet. Since she has a Mac I don't know what kinds of crazy stuff she needs. She had better have it hooked up soon, because I miss my internet. I haven't been to Snarkgasm in forever, and it's killing me. I'm behind on all my blogs, and lj's and tagging. It sucks, and it has to stop.

Enough whining... Maybe I'll put some whining at the lj. That might be fun. Spread it around and stuff.

Oh, Howie Day? Freaking awesome. We made it down to the autograph session, but thanks to the crappy highway traffic, we missed all but the last 2 minutes of Sorry, So Sorry. Boo and Hiss. But then we stood in line for a bit, and got to meet Howie very briefly. I had my copy of Australia and the Madrigals EP signed. He was very nice, and the show afterwards was excellent.

Well, Howie was excellent. I had been looking forward to seeing Jump, Little Children but they weren't playing for some reason. Instead they were replaced by some girl named Charlotte Martin (I think) who wanted to be Tori Amos. It was really upsetting. She sang like Tori, only not as interesting. Her songs sounded like Tori songs, only not as interesting. It was pathetic. One song she has, I think it's called I'm Normal Please Date Me, sounded so much like Tori's Leather that I started to sing Leather to it just to prove my point. It really bothered me and my friend because we're both huge Tori fans. If you can't even try to be slightly original, don't bother.

My Doves album and DVD release dates were pushed back. Again. I need that DVD. I really do.

     It's Howie Day! Wheeeeeeeee!

I'm excited, I haven't been to a concert in 3 weeks. So it's about time! I'm waiting until my friend gets home from class so I can convince him to head down early. Howie's playing and signing autographs at a record store at 5pm so I'd like to go to that as well.

Also, Howie's new album comes out today. Go and buy it.

Speaking of buying records, I have been so excited for weeks about all the awesome music coming out. Most of all, I'm looking forward to a new cd and dvd from Doves. But they keep pushing back the release date. It's driving me insane. Last week, the girl at HMV promised me it would be out today. So first thing today I went to buy them, and nope it's not there. It's coming out next Tuesday now. Yeah, right. I really hate HMV.

Not only do I still not have internet at the apartment, but Roomie still hasn't brought her computer over. This is upsetting. Clearly she isn't half as internet addicted as I am. But on the upside, she has a mac with a freaking huge hard drive, and some lovely digital editing programs. I'm already eyeing my cd collection and my Alias S1 dvd's and thinking videos!

I'm not going to bother with a big Alias analysis because all of you have already said everything I was thinking, and way more. But I will say this: Sark. Is. Freaking. Hot. HOT! H-O-T-HOT! I love the curls, but I'm loving the buzz cut too. Oh my god, I'm loving the buzz cut. And the outfits. And the Laugh! Oh my god, the Laugh. I nearly died. I melted into a puddle of goo...

Speaking of hot men, let's move on to the Kief. Kiefer Rocks has posted pics from the charity auction the Kief was at in Toronto last weekend. Why didn't I go? WHY, WHY, WHY??? He is the most beautiful thing ever. And apparently really nice too. I am an idiot for not going. I will not make that mistake again. Next year, I will be there. Please feel free to come and join me.

Well, hello blogger! I have been apartment crazy this week, and have had no time for the internet. It's been very upsetting. I'm all moved into my very pretty new place. There are still some boxes at home with the parents, but I'm almost there. It hasn't quite sunk in yet that this is my place, and my place only.

I don't really have anything to say... I'm quite behind on the tv gossip. I'm trying very hard to avoid Alias spoilers, and so far I have been about 85% successful with that, so that's not bad.

I liked Angel, but I'm really looking forward to next weeks ep. I love Blondie Bear. Nip/Tuck is still blowing me away, Smallville was kinda off with me. I'm not sure if I'm going to get into that this year.

Tonight is the Canadian premiere of Queer Eye for the Straight Guy. I am so excited that I will finally be up on this show. I've been so jealous hearing all of you talk about it for so long. Yay new shows!

Sunday I will have to tape Alias and Nip/Tuck because I am going to a hockey game. I've never been before, and apparently the seats we have are amazing. It's a pre season game, but it's the Leafs against Detroit, so it should be a good game.

I still don't have the internet at the apartment, so I might be MIA for a while. Hopefully I'll be back to my net addicted self in no time.

Listening to: Other people type, but reccing Black Rebel Motorcycle Club's Take Them On, On Your Own.
